Our target is to break ground on the reconstruction of Tungod Community Center.  This new community center will house a rural health unit, a preschool, and a hall for town meetings. It will also serve as an evacuation center during typhoon season.

We plan to open the Tungod Community Center by Spring 2021. We have already allocated $4,590 for this year, but we are still short $5,000 from the total funding required to deliver this impact.

The Tungod Rebuild Project is part of our Repair and Reconstruction projects. The geographic focus is in rural villages in the Philippines rebuilding community centers, health clinics, and schools damaged by natural disasters.
